METRO PROPERTIES in Poland awarded for M1 Shopping Center brand

METRO PROPERTIES shopping center brand M1 has been awarded with the Superbrands Award 2019 in Poland. The real estate company’s brand under which nine shopping centers are operated in Poland receives the award for the 6th time in a row.

The Superbrands survey is the largest consumer brand and brand image survey in Poland. The total research sample covers over 10,000 of respondents, nearly 2,000 brands are classified in 100 categories.

Leading position among the competition

M1 is among the most popular shopping brands in Poland. Despite ever-increasing competition, M1 leads the market with nearly 100 % occupancy as well as in comparison very low maintenance and operating costs. The centers’ high sustainability standards have earned them excellent BREEAM certifications lately.
