METRO PROPERTIES: Silver-Partner at ‚Fachmarkt Immobilien Kongress‘

Market trends, political conditions and future strategies: at the 7th, retail real estate congress on October 21 and 22nd, the focus was on the industry’s future.
In the light of increasing invesment volumens for retail properties, numerous industry experts discussed recent challenges and potentials of the retail center landscape and shared current projects and best practice cases at the Atlantic Hotel in Essen.
As a silver partner of the congress, METRO PROPERTIES was also present in the presentation program. Dr. Oliver Breiden presented the Dinnery Concept Store, which his team had opened together with the startup dinnery.de at Weserpark Bremen. This year’s conference program in Essen was rounded off by a joint visit of Kronenberg Center. The guided tour and get together afterwards were organised and sponsored by MEC.
Apart from the presentations and discussions, the retail real estate congress with various METRO PROPERTIES colleagues participating, was also an opportunity for networking and exchange. The annual industry meeting is organised by Heuer Dialog, which is partly owned by Immobilien Zeitung. More than 200 decision-makers from the trade industry as well as developers, operators, brokers and investors come together at changing locations every year.
