Once again, ExpoReal in Munich attracted visitors from all over the world. At the most important European B2B tradefair for real estate and investors, around 1,700 exhibitors presented themselves to the professional audience at the Munich tradefair halls.

Once again, ExpoReal in Munich attracted visitors from all over the world. At the most important European B2B tradefair for real estate and investors, around 1,700 exhibitors presented themselves to the professional audience at the Munich tradefair halls.

For the 9th time, METRO PROPERTIES was present as a premium partner at the City of Düsseldorf booth in hall B1 showing their current projects.

METRO PROPERTIES was present also in the tradefair’s framework programme. At the Investment Locations Forum, Gündüz Bayer, Managing Director Region Asia/Turkey met particpants from the real estate and finance world to discuss the market situation in Turkey, where METRO PROPERTIES is currently involved in different projects.

For METRO PROPERTIES CEO Jean-Christophe Bretxa, it was a successful tradefair: "We all realize that real estate is not a pure transactional business supported by figures and cash flows, It has to do with inspiration, emotions, networking and trust.
