The responsibilities here include PR activities and marketing, maintenance of the internal social network and the corporate website, and corporate design.

We also organise our presence at national and international events; we have significant responsibility for the hosting of the 2 biggest real estate fairs, EXPO REAL in Munich and MIPIM in Cannes.

We are the first port of call regarding METRO PROPERTIES’ financial matters. Together with our Controlling, Finance and Risk Management co-workers, we in the Real Estate Finance department deliver comprehensive finance solutions and help METRO PROPERTIES to achieve its corporate goals.

We handle all the data relating to the METRO PROPERTIES real estate business, processing, analysing, evaluating and collating it. This involves various divisions such as Data Room Services, Real Estate Data Management, Real Estate Valuation and Portfolio Data Analysis all working hand in hand.
